If you’re building an online business you probably want to make money.  Having a great websites, building a community or a blog doesn’t do you much good if you aren’t making money from them.   There are many ways to make money from your site once.  Here are some suggestions.  If you have more, please leave your comments:

 1. Google Adsense 

Adsense  One of the most popular methods of making money from a website.  Google makes it easy to put ads on your site and manages it all for you.  It’s very low maintenance. 

2. Amazon
Amazon  If you talk about a subject that has a book written on it (which is about everything), you can offer books as a resource to your visitors, which they may find valuable.  Amazon, however, sells much more than books.  Look at their listings and see what they have that tie in to what you’re site is about.  This won’t be a huge revenue stream, but every bit helps.

3. Affliate programs

A lot of affiliate programs are available through sites like Value Click and others.  Many require you have a high volume of site visits (more than 10,000 per day) so it’s best to start with Adsense and Amazon and then explore other affiliate programs.
